These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HealthHarms AI (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Educational Information — Not Medical Advice

HealthHarms AI provides educational information about foods based on the conditions you select. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your doctor, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, medication, or treatment plan. Never disregard professional medical advice because of information from the App.

Use of the App

  • You must be 18 or older to use HealthHarms AI.
  • You agree to provide accurate information about your health conditions.
  • You will not misuse, copy, or attempt to reverse-engineer the App.

Subscriptions and Billing

HealthHarms AI offers a 3-day free trial, after which the subscription becomes paid at $9.99/month or $69.99/year, depending on the plan you choose. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID → Subscriptions → HealthHarms AI.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled directly by Apple in accordance with the App Store policy. Please contact Apple Support to request a refund.

No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided, including any health outcomes resulting from use of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any harm or damages arising from your use of HealthHarms AI.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
